Facilitator Development Programme (Train the Trainer)

Service Description

The Facilitator Development Program is a 40-hour professional development programme designed to develop the capability of individuals who plan, design, conduct and evaluate learning sessions. The programme follows the four competency areas of JPK NCS-004:2017: determining training requirements, designing the training course, conducting training, and conducting training evaluation. Participants will work through practical activities, case studies, session planning, facilitation practice and assessment activities, with emphasis on workplace application. This course can be claimed under "HRD Corp Claimable under sbl-khas scheme" You will get 2 Certifications: (i) National Competency Standard TTT (NCS-TTT) under JPK* (ii) Exemption to HRD Corp TTT under HRD Corp*
