This two-day programme is designed to develop participants’ understanding and

application of ethical business principles in a structured and practical manner.

Participants will explore ethical concepts, identify common workplace ethical risks, and

apply ethical decision-making frameworks through realistic case studies and guided

discussions. The programme also emphasises building an ethical culture,

accountability, and compliance awareness within organisations.

Sh Zool Helmi Mubarak

Sh Zool Hilmy Bin Mubarak is a Training Coordinator with a strong foundation in accountancy and management accounting, holding a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside and a Diploma in CIMA Management Accounting. Since 2024, he has been delivering training in Excel, Power BI, and Business Ethics. Backed by extensive industry experience across leading organisations—including Nufarm (M) Sdn. Bhd., Latexx Partner Bhd., BASF Shared Service Center Sdn. Bhd., BASF (M) Sdn. Bhd., and Hume Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.—he specialises in data analysis, dashboard development, financial management, and business ethics. His training approach is practical, hands-on, and case-study driven, with a strong focus on real workplace application.
